"I needed a blind to cover a very large skylight, as the room was too hot in the summertime. I checked prices with many other internet sites, and finally ordered from blinds.com. Although it was expensive (all blinds are), it was perfect in size and quality. I can now use my family room in July and August!"

"This was something I had been putting off for the last 5 years, because I didn't know just how a shade would look or just how much light I wanted to block out. I paid quit a bit to have this sky light installed, and now I was thinking of blocking out the light that I paid to have brought in. So this took a lot of thought. I started looking at the very stores you listed on your site, Home Depot & Lowes but the sales person didn't seem to know too much about a shade for a sky light. So I started checking the internet. I went to any shade site I could find. I checked out your site and went on to check out others but I kept comming back to your site because you seemed to have good prices and easy to understand directions to follow to install the shade. So I took a chance. and I didn't go wrong. I'm very happy with my shade and wish I would have ordered it 5 years ago.

"These light filtering blinds will save us on our electric bill but still give us some light. We live in Florida and the sun is brutal on skylights. They installed very well and look great. We are happy."

"The fist kit sent had the wrong side rails. The pole was also missing. We waited a month only to have to wait again for the correct rail system. The replacement side rails are too long so there is an over hang that is not very attractive. Also the top and bottom of the sky track does not have a frame so the metal brackets are exposed. Looks very tacky. I would not use this again for an outside mount."

"Excellent quality blind that fit the space perfectly! The instructions were a little confusing to attach the brackets but when you got the right perspective, it was easy to assemble and mount. It blocks just enough sun to keep the temperature just right without blocking out too much light. I should have done this years ago!!
