"The phone assistance was the best I've experienced in a very long time. Very service oriented; well trained; extremely helpful. The item itself was difficult in that I wanted a black colored blind for my son's room, extreme black-out quality. That was impossible as it turned out. This blind was an okay substitute. Black is not a popular color for obvious reasons, so I do not blame the blind company."
