"The sunshades and blinds we purchased from blinds.com are beautiful, were relatively easy to install and came exactly as I measured. I had trouble at first with a pull chain for shades which did not come with a clear illustration. I called twice for help with this, but could not understand the directions without a picture. Furthermore, I have been WAITING two weeks now for a response from Pfifer regarding a blind that was not properly resized to allow for hardware clearance. That's the only reason I rated the "ease" of installation."

"These roller shades were less than half the price I was able to find anywhere else. They arrived quickly, were exactly the right size and were very easy to install. They appear rather sheer from inside the room, (and would allow someone to see into a lighted room from the outside at night) but they work very well to cut down on the heat of the afternoon sun coming in through a sliding glass door, which was what I wanted. Previously, I had very expensive solid PVC vertical blinds, which really cut out the light but let the heat through. I am extremely happy with my purchase and would highly recommend them."
"These blinds are very attractive. The color is not exactly what I expected, but they still look great. I ordered a slate grey, and it was more of a beige color with grey flecks. They do a good job of filtering the sun; it's darker than a cloudy day when they are all pulled (I put one in every window in my house). The chain tensioner brackets feel a bit flimsy but they still open fine. I would definitely order these blinds again."
